So the new site design has been up for a short while (less than 24 hrs…but a lot can happen in 24 hrs.) I am beginning to find things wrong with the new theme that I didn’t see before:
1. the theme isn’t widget ready (meaning I can’t put up my twitter status and all those other cool web 2.0 things that I had in the previous version of randomsarah.com
2. Site the new site has gone up my woopra wordpress plugin has not been working properly (and you know I need my analytics!)
3. last but not least…the theme is a little dark and I want more of a header that I can customize the jpeg of without doing any extra coding.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the header here and the site is clean, bright and simple…with tons of space for widgets 
So the site is great (for now… but you always know I am trying to make it better)
so if you have a wordpress theme you would like me to take a look at because you think it compliments my personality..I would LOVE to!
Here are some themes that I like, but might not be right for randomsarah.com, so that you can get a sense for my design style!
This theme is whimsical and I like that..however the white on black text has never been great for long term viewing…and I don’t think that the text “city slicker” will change with my blog name.

Now this theme I really like. I like it when the site navigation is on the top, I LOVE the glossy comment bubbles! (very web 2.0…lol) Now my only complaint with this is that the colors are slightly muted and the top is grey. I want brighter colors and possibly a larger header.

This is another one I like..its almost perfect, but I need to figure out if I can change the header image to something better that represents me…and I want the site navigation right under the header…but we are getting closer!

finally I came to this one… maybe a little to pink, but still really cute. Still no top navigation and the font on the header could use a HUGE upgrade. But I like the glossy bubbles and the simple design.
