Expand your horizons

Recently I found out about this website called delocator.net

The Delocator.net database is created by public participants. Your input and collaboration is essential in creating an online resource for café goers, bookstore shoppers, and movie buffs who wish to invest in locally owned businesses. Use Delocator.net to find a café, bookstore, or movie theatre that is not owned by a public corporation.

When you do a search on delocator.net, not old will it show you cute little cafes and placed not owned my a large corporation, but it will also show you all the starbucks, barnes and nobles, etc in that area so that you can make a decision about where you want to spend your money.

Evernote

So even before I had my new iPhone I had been using the new iPhone 2.0 software and I feel like I should tell all my readers when I find an app that I love, that you might not know about.
It’s called Evernote and it is not only an iPhone app but also a desktop app and a web based app.

So what does it do? It allows you to save notes (written, photos, and even voice notes) these notes then sync with the app on your computer and can even be accessed online from anywhere.
Now I know what you are thinking… Sounds cool but whats the killer feature? The killer feature comes after you have been using it for a while. You amount this whole database of things you thought, saw, or heard and you can access them from anywhere.
So I think you should give this a try. And see how you like it. Let me know if you agree or disagree?
